Central Office Application

Key Responsibilities Include: 

  • Serving as a primary point of contact for members, vendors, and partners 
  • Support communications, including emails and announcements 
  • Overseeing financial tracking, reporting, and coordination with accounting support 
  • Assist in maintaining the NCUS website and managing event registrations and forms 
  • Supporting virtual meetings, study groups, and symposium planning and execution 
  • Assisting with CME applications and documentation through SDMS 


Ideal Candidates Will Have: 

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills 
  • Experience with financial tracking and reporting 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Teams and QuickBooks 
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively 
  • Experience in healthcare, education, or professional societies (preferred) 


Compensation: 
Competitive hourly rate or stipend, commensurate with experience.
