Central Office Application
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Serving as a primary point of contact for members, vendors, and partners
- Support communications, including emails and announcements
- Overseeing financial tracking, reporting, and coordination with accounting support
- Assist in maintaining the NCUS website and managing event registrations and forms
- Supporting virtual meetings, study groups, and symposium planning and execution
- Assisting with CME applications and documentation through SDMS
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Experience with financial tracking and reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Teams and QuickBooks
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Experience in healthcare, education, or professional societies (preferred)
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rate or stipend, commensurate with experience.
